Luqra is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our people strategy and drive a culture of excellence as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR leader with a deep understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. They will play a crucial role in shaping our HR policies, optimizing workforce planning, and ensuring Luqra remains a top employer in the fintech space.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Luqra’s business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, employee development, and retention programs.
  • Implement and enhance HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through performance management and leadership development.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure HR operations run efficiently, including payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Build a strong employer brand and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational structure and workforce planning.
  • Manage employee relations and drive initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and engagement.
  • Oversee HR technology and data analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or a high-growth B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, culture-building, and organizational development.
  • Experience managing compensation structures and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications a plus).
