Luqra is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our people strategy and drive a culture of excellence as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR leader with a deep understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Luqra’s business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, employee development, and retention programs.
- Implement and enhance HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Foster a high-performance culture through performance management and leadership development.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure HR operations run efficiently, including payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Build a strong employer brand and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational structure and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations and drive initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and engagement.
- Oversee HR technology and data analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency.
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or a high-growth B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, culture-building, and organizational development.
- Experience managing compensation structures and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications a plus).
