Job Description
Luqra is looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager – Payment Processing to drive growth by building and managing strong partnerships with our clients. As a B2B payments provider, we serve businesses that rely on seamless payment solutions, and this role is key to ensuring their success. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, client-focused professional with experience in payment processing, merchant services, or financial technology. They will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities to grow Luqra’s footprint in the industry.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase payment processing volume and optimize client performance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Luqra’s banking and payment solutions.
- Educate clients on industry trends, best practices, and Luqra’s evolving product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, risk, and operations, to deliver seamless client support.
- Monitor client account activity and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutual success.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or account management within payment processing, merchant services, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of credit card processing, payment gateways, and financial technology.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze client data and identify trends to drive business growth.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
