Luqra is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager – Content Marketing & Copywriting to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will support key marketing functions and processes across the department while contributing to cross-functional projects within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to establish Luqra’s brand voice across multiple mediums and platforms, ensuring clear, persuasive, and engaging messaging that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with Luqra’s business goals and brand positioning.
  • Write, edit, and optimize marketing copy for websites, blogs, emails, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral.
  • Create compelling thought leadership content to position Luqra as an industry expert in payment processing.
  • Work closely with product marketing and sales teams to craft persuasive messaging that drives conversions.
  • Manage content distribution across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO-focused content.
  • Ensure all content maintains brand consistency, clarity, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor messaging, and customer pain points to inform content strategy.
  • Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Track content performance using analytics tools, refining strategies based on engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Support marketing processes and initiatives across the department, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance Luqra’s market positioning.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or copywriting, preferably in fintech, B2B payments, or financial services.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing trends, and content distribution strategies.
  • Experience creating high-impact sales and marketing collateral, including case studies and whitepapers.
  • Ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into easy-to-understand messaging.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple content initiatives.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools.
  • Experience working with a FinTech, Financial Services, or similar B2B industry – a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
