Luqra is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager – Content Marketing & Copywriting to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will support key marketing functions and processes across the department while contributing to cross-functional projects within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to establish Luqra’s brand voice across multiple mediums and platforms, ensuring clear, persuasive, and engaging messaging that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with Luqra’s business goals and brand positioning.
- Write, edit, and optimize marketing copy for websites, blogs, emails, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Create compelling thought leadership content to position Luqra as an industry expert in payment processing.
- Work closely with product marketing and sales teams to craft persuasive messaging that drives conversions.
- Manage content distribution across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO-focused content.
- Ensure all content maintains brand consistency, clarity, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor messaging, and customer pain points to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create engaging multimedia content.
- Track content performance using analytics tools, refining strategies based on engagement and conversion metrics.
- Support marketing processes and initiatives across the department, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance Luqra’s market positioning.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or copywriting, preferably in fintech, B2B payments, or financial services.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing trends, and content distribution strategies.
- Experience creating high-impact sales and marketing collateral, including case studies and whitepapers.
- Ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into easy-to-understand messaging.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple content initiatives.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools.
- Experience working with a FinTech, Financial Services, or similar B2B industry – a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
